On becoming a member, you know and agree that Jodi Sangam may delete any content or information if it is inappropriate. You take full responsibility of the details you provide to Jodi Sangam. You confirm that Jodi Sangam can verify your details to check the authenticity and you will provide any necessary document proof to verify the details. You confirm and give rights to Jodi Sangam to share your details with other members for matrimonial discussion purpose. You also confirm that you will not hold Jodi Sangam or it’s representative responsible for any issues occured while communicating with any Jodi Sangam member.
By becoming a member of Jodi Sangam, you confirm and agree that you were not forced to become a member of Jodi Sangam by any of its owner/representative or any third party. You confirm and agree that you opted Membership of Jodi Sangam on your own decision to avail Matrimonial services.
Eligibility for using our services : You confirm that you are of legal marriageable age. You confirm that you have full rights and authority to enter this agreement and will follow all terms & conditions.
You as a member agree to post a profile of his / her / or anyone related to you on Jodisangam.com.
The information of any member who has a profile on Jodisangam.com is given by the member himself/herself. Jodisangam.com does not guarantee or validity of the information provided.
You cannot transfer your membership to any other candidate.
Non-Commercial Use by any Members. The Jodisangam.com Site is for the individual use of members only, and should not be used in connection with any commercial or entertainment purposes. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of Jodisangam.com and should not use the Jodisangam.com Service or Site for any purpose or for their commercial benefits.
Members confirm to receive any communication(like calls/messages/posts/videos) from Jodisangam.com at periodic intervals about various matters related to matrimonial.
By becoming a member of Jodi Sangam, you confirm and agree with the method of services of Jodi Sangam. Jodi Sangam doesn’t display any database on the website and don’t give you access (login credentials) on the website. Jodi Sangam sends you selective profiles on your email address/whatsapp.
The matrimonial profiles shared to each other through Jodisangam.com is one of the process of services and it should not be in any way interpreted as an offer or recommendation by us.
If you make a part payment, you are well aware of full membership fees and you assure to pay balance payment as per the terms.
Members authorize and give full consent for uploading their information on site or social media pages of Jodi Sangam.
Jodi Sangam reserves full rights to forward your contact numbers or your details to Prospects. The same shall be informed to you on call or message or email.
Jodi Sangam has no refund policy under any conditions. Service fees once paid cannot be refunded even if you wish to cancel your membership.
Members confirm to receive any communication like (calls/messages/posts/videos) from Jodisangam.com at periodic intervals about various matters related to matrimonial.
Membership fees may vary as per company policy.
Proposals will be forwarded to your mailing address/contact number. In case you are changing the mailing address or contact numbers at any point of time during your service period or until your account is active with Jodi Sangam, you need to inform the same to Jodi Sangam team on email.
In case of any misuse, misbehave, abusive language with Jodi Sangam members or Jodi Sangam representatives, Jodi Sangam reserves rights to terminate your membership.
During the services, location requirements can be filtered as per cities and not as per any particulate place or location.
